Robyn H. Latchman CFP, EPC

Robyn’s business career began during 1984 after completing her diploma in interior design.  She was one of the first in Canada to receive The National Certification of Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ).  

Ten years later she began a new career in the financial services industry, following in her father’s footprints.  During 1994 she completed all the requirements to become a life insurance agent.  Her ongoing commitment to continuing education led her to complete the Life Underwriters Training Course, 1, 2, & 3 in 1997.  Robyn then completed her mutual fund training course during 1998, enabling her to expand the investment products she could make available to the public.  She enjoys Charter Member Status in the Canadian Initiative for Elder Planning Studies.  She was one of the first in Canada to receive the designation – EPC in 2003. 

Robyn is a member of The Financial Advisors Association of Canada (ADVOCIS).  In 2005 she augmented her technical expertise by becoming a Certified Financial Planner (CFP).  In addition, she passed the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) in 2000, and went on to complete the Conduct and Practices Course in 2003.  She is currently completing her Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) designation.

Today, Robyn develops and manages her own financial planning practice, where she focuses on estate planning, business continuation and succession planning, retirement planning and group life and health benefits.
