Elder Planning Counselor

 International Designation Program

A comment from a "Charter Member"

“The program delivered exactly what I sought, and more.  I expected to be educated but not impassioned.  I've always been a planner, and believe in planning.  Unfortunately like others, client resistance to engage in the process has worn me down.  No more.  The EPC course gave me a booster shot.  It is no longer optional in my practice.”

  • Instruction and guidance from a Faculty that is dedicated to educating you in the 50+ markets.

  • Timely and upbeat interaction with the Faculty and fellow classmates.

  • All your questions answered in a timely fashion.

  • Review sessions to help make the learning process lasting and more enjoyable.

WHAT IS PROVIDED?

  • The in-depth study guide and manual that you can refer to on an ongoing basis.

  • All students will be provided with a comprehensive workbook containing copies of each faculty member’s materials to allow for the taking of notes.  Copies of their slide presentation will also be given to each attendee.

  • A series of review questions from the days lectures for the evening study sessions.  These can either be done on your own, or as a group.

THE EXAMINATION PROCESS

"Just attending" the class, does NOT guarantee your achievement of the EPC Designation. An exam on the last day must be written in a supervised environment.  This closed book exam will be monitored and consists of 125 multiple-choice questions. A 70% pass mark must be achieved in order to receive your EPC Designation.

Students will submit their answer sheets before they leave, and receive notification of their mark in a timely fashion.
